You may also talk to their class teachers for any further information or questions. Any feed back to the school administration will as well be highly appreciated.

2. TERM III 2019 ACADEMIC

In the course of Term III 2019, most classes were able to start the next class work in most subjects. The Form 3 class has been taking extra lessons early in the morning and in the evening to enable them cover ground in Form 4 syllabus.

3. ACADEMIC POOR PERFORMERS

Parents are reminded that as a school policy, poor performers report early for academic discussions with the class teachers on opening week. For Term I 2020, all students who scored grade D- and below will be required to report on Monday 6th January 2020 at 8.30 am. Please help us to assist your sons to improve their performance.

4. FORM TWO 2020 SUBJECT SELECTION.

Parents are informed that Form two students 2020 will be required to drop some of their subjects to remain with their best 8 subjects. The students have already been sensitized on that and have been given guidelines to discuss with their parents/guardians on the subject choices over the holiday.

5. LEARNING  STATIONERY

All parents are reminded to ensure their sons bring with them necessary learning stationery as they report back from holiday as follows:

  1. A geometrical set
  2. A KNEC Mathematical table
  3. A scientific calculator for Form 3 and 4
  4. A 30 centimeter ruler
  5. Blue pens, pencils and erasers enough to last one term

All these learning materials will be checked at the gate as students report back from the holidays.

6. HOLIDAY ASSIGNMENTS

Each student has been given holiday assignments in all subjects. Regularly supervise and ensure the work is done. After your son has completed the assignments, you are required to go over them and append your signature and date on each one of them.

7.  STUDENT’S  DISCIPLINE

As parents and as important stake holder in school, we wish to remind you that for any meaningful performance to be delivered, student’s discipline is a key contributor. To this end, the school is determined to ensure that students of this school have high levels of discipline. Currently we are working hard to ensure the safety and comfort of all students by ensuring a friendly learning environment. Some of the issues that make students feel insecure in school include:-

  • Bullying (physically or psychologically), stealing and even intimidation by the senior students.

As parents, discuss these issues with your son to impress on the need to refrain from such activities. In 2019, we witnessed one or two cases of senior students intimidating junior students. All parents are reminded that this will not be tolerated at all and for any student found doing so, stern action will be taken against them. As form one students join the school in January 2020, we will expect them to be treated as younger brothers and their property be taken care of.

8. SCHOOL MENU

All parents are informed that the school offers a standard menu for all students and that in the recent past, there has been an increase in the demand for special diet by some students.

Parents are informed that this has not been catered for in the school budget and is not  sustainable at all. All students will be required to take meals as provided by the school at all times.

9. SCHOOL FEES PAYMENT

We wish to thank all parents who have struggled and made efforts to pay fees in full this year. We have however, noticed that there are still some parents who owe the school huge amounts of money in school fees. You  are notified that from now onwards, parents shall be required to pay their school fees in only one instalment and at the beginning of each term.

Parents are reminded that it is their obligation to ensure that all monies owed to the school are paid promptly to enable the school meet its financial obligations.

10. CONCLUSION.

We wish to thank you for your continued support throughout the year 2019 and wish you Merry Christmas and a happy new year.

Thank you.
