2026TERM II MID TERM NEWSLETTER                                DATE: 24TH JUNE 2026

Dear Parent/Guardian, 
We have today, Wednesday 24th June 2026, at 7.00 am, released all students for the Term II Mid –Term break.  The boys are expected to report back on Tuesday, 30th June 2026, before 1.00 pm.

1. ACADEMICS
The Form 4 students completed their syllabus.  Revision Launch was done on 22nd May 2026.  They have so far sat for 2 series exams.  Results can be found on Zeraki.  They have also started a structured revision program. The Form 4 students will start their Mock exam on 17th July 2026.

The Form 3 and Grade 10 learners sat for the opener exam. The Grade 10 learners have just completed their 3rd Assessment, while the Form 3 students will come to complete their Mid-Year exams immediately after the half-term break.  We have done note checking in all classes, and we ask you to continue monitoring the boys’ academic discipline. Grade 10 KNEC registration is ongoing.

2.  FORM 4 ACADEMIC TRIP
All the candidates plan for a trip on 31st July 2026 to the Geo-thermal station in Longonot, Hell's Gate, and Lake Naivasha at a cost-sharing rate of Ksh 1,500/= per student. 

3. CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Our students took part in co-curricular activities and qualified for the regional level. Those proceeding for the Music festival, Volleyball and Soccer will remain over half-term break for thorough practice. 

4. GUIDANCE AND COUNSELLING
We encourage parents to spend quality time with their sons during the break to provide efficient guidance and counselling. This period offers a valuable opportunity to discuss academic progress, personal challenges, and especially future goals with your son. Your involvement and support play a crucial role in his overall development.

5.  SCHOOL UNIFORM /TRACKSUITS
To ensure our students are well groomed, we request that you ensure your son’s hair is neatly shaven and that the school uniform is replaced periodically, especially for Form three, as some of them have outgrown what was bought when they joined in Form one. 

To ensure a high level of hygiene, their Friday and Saturday dress code is the school tracksuit. This allows them ample time to clean the school uniform and have it used for the remaining days.

6. AGM
Due to unavoidable circumstances, our AGM has been rescheduled from Tuesday, 23rd June 2026, to the closing date, which will be communicated.

 7. SCHOOL FEES
We sincerely thank all parents who have settled fees for Term II 2026.

This has enabled the school to effectively manage various activities and programmes. If you have a fee balance /arrears, your son will not be allowed in after mid-term.

The situation is dire, and if the balances are not paid during the midterm break, it will be difficult to take care of the students to the end of the term

The school account number is 055-1009750, Absa Bank – Muthaiga branch, or MPESA Pay Bill Number 573018. When using the school M-Pesa pay bill number, ensure you capture the student’s admission number and the name ( not more than 16 digits)

Due to the harsh economic times, the school will only allow in students with no balances
