The school is a public Extra-County Boys’ Boarding institution now classified as C2 that is transitioning from the 8-4-4 system to the Competency-Based Education (CBE) system, in line with national education reforms. Beginning 2026, the school will admit learners in Grade 10 at the Senior School level, marking a new and progressive chapter in our history.

As a boarding institution, Hospital Hill Senior School offers an environment that promotes learner safety, maximizes academic engagement, reduces unnecessary costs to parents, and enhances effective service delivery by teachers and support staff. This setting enables learners to focus fully on their studies, co-curricular activities, and personal development.
